Place the salad and croutons in a mixing bowl and combine with the dressing. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes, mixing occasionally until the croutons have absorbed most of the liquid. Give one final mix and enjoy!

Microwave the beef and heat in 30 second intervals until warm. Crack the lid on the polenta and microwave until warm. Alternatively, add the beef to a pot and bring to a simmer. In a separate pot, heat the polenta with a splash of milk or water and whisk constantly until warm. To serve, spoon polenta into a bowl, top with beef and arrange the carrots.

Remove the dip from the fridge at the start of your meal to allow dip to come to room temperature. When it’s time for dessert, simply enjoy with the chips with the dip!
