Chef Aaron started Extra Fancy to bring his Michelin-starred dining experiences out of the restaurants, to anywhere you are.
Aaron opened Rose’s Luxury in 2013. After an enthusiastic reception from the community and critics, Aaron opened two more restaurants:
Pineapple and Pearls (2016) to offer his team’s version of fine dining; and Little Pearl (2017) to experiment with atmosphere and setting.
Extra Fancy was launched in 2019, combining the expertise and staff from all three Michelin-starred restaurants.
