The Penthouse
Our Penthouse was designed, built and formerly occupied by Robert Staples and Barbara Charles (long time Capitol Hill residents) who happened to be furniture & exhibition designers for Ray and Charles Eames. Their penthouse was just too cool so we turned it into an event space that can seat up to 26 guests and accommodate up to 40 guests for reception-style events.
